Free conversion tools on this site are designed to run entirely in your browser. Subtitle and similar files you drop into a converter are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers for conversion.

Because conversion happens locally, we do not store, index, or share the contents of those files.

We use Umami Cloud, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand which pages are visited and which tool actions are used (for example starting an upload or finishing a conversion). Umami does not use advertising cookies and is configured without collecting personal profiles for ad targeting.

These metrics help us decide which tools to improve. They are not sold to third parties.

We may display Google AdSense ads on some pages. Ads, when active, are placed outside the conversion flow (never glued to a download button). Google may use cookies or similar technologies according to Google's own policies. You can review Google's advertising settings in your Google account.

If you email elgoscode@gmail.com, we keep the message and your address only as long as needed to reply and follow up. We do not add contact emails to a marketing list by default.

We may update this policy as tools or infrastructure change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
